Return and refund Policy

We are extremely delighted that you decided to shop with us, and we hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we are proud to offer you unique items which are custom or made-to-order items, we encourage you to select your choice items carefully and make sure your item is the appropriate size and dimensions. We strive to provide top quality products that are designed to accentuate any space.

No cancellations, refunds or returns once order is placed and acknowledged on the followings: Custom Order, Made-to-Order, or Clearance Items of furniture, mirrors, lighting, rugs, pillows, throws or rugs. 

Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons: Wrong dimensions, incorrect fit or no longer wanted. Please measure your space before ordering.

Cancelation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours with a cancelation fee of 2.5% of the order.   

DAMAGED RETURNS:

Please inspect all product(s) upon delivery in the presence of the driver for visible and concealed damages:

· Take pictures of the package clearly depicting the damage to the product.

· Describe the type of damage incurred on the delivery receipt. 

· Sign as damaged on signature line and retain a copy of the receipt or take a picture of the receipt.

· Have the driver to return product to the warehouse.

· Report damage to product(s) within 24 hours 

Failure to do so could result in your claim being denied.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

Custom and Made-to-Order Products: These products may have slight variations from piece to piece in color or size which are not considered defects. 

Natural Skin Products: Since no two animals have exactly the same markings or coloration, every product made with hair on hide, leather, or sheepskin will have natural variation in shape, markings, and color which are not considered defects. Also, natural skin hair products may have some shedding which are not considered defects. 

Wood Products or Natural Grains:  Any product made with these materials and hand painted will be unique from piece to piece and color may vary slightly which are not considered defects.

Back Orders – If your order is not available when you place your order, you will have the option of waiting for the availability of the item, replacing the item or receiving a full refund.

Order Tracking: Tracking information will be provided for delivery.
